How do you feel about your body? No really… How do you speak to yourself? What types of things do you think when you look in the mirror? I Am Who I Am – Sacredly Accepting My Body Temple is a tremendous source of information, perspective and wisdom. The book is honest, insightful and timely. Going beyond just offering information and perspective, there is a section of processes to assist you if you are ready to fully accept yourself and your body. As someone who grew up at war with my body, I deeply loved this book. Each new day brings the opportunity for me to move deeper into the sacred acceptance of my body temple. I am who I am.

I Am Who I Am: Sacredly Accepting My Body Temple is a remarkable book written for the women of today seeking a peaceful relationship with their bodies. Ms. Hilber shows how a relationship with our bodies, built on a solid foundation of love and acceptance will automatically shift experiences of body shame to experiences of peace. This book provides inspiration as well as tools to move from feelings of unworthiness to feelings of confidence and empowerment today.
